When can I expect my order to arrive?

We understand you're eager to receive your order. Typically, we despatch orders within 1-2 business days after your order has been placed. Even if you order outside of business hours, rest assured it'll be on its way within 1-2 business days from the next business day. Delivery times vary, usually taking 2 to 7 business days depending on your location within Australia. If you're in areas like WA, Northern QLD, or NT, delivery might take up to 14 business days, though it often arrives within 7 business days in these city areas. To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please double-check and provide us with an accurate delivery address. We're committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible!

 

Can I track my order?

Yes, absolutely! We provide tracking information for all orders via text and email. Once your order has been despatched, you'll receive a tracking number that allows you to trace your delivery online throughout the entire shipment process. This way, you can stay updated on the status of your order and know exactly when to expect its arrival.

 

What shipping carriers do you use?

We offer various shipping options to ensure your order reaches you efficiently and securely. Our primary shipping carriers include Australia Post, TNT, and other reputable couriers. For larger or heavier parts, we typically utilise TNT or if in Melbourne our own delivery drivers to ensure safe and prompt delivery. Additionally, if you prefer, you can arrange to pick up your order directly from one of our two trade outlets located in Mitcham or Sunshine North. We strive to provide flexible shipping solutions that meet your needs and preferences.

 

Can I arrange my own freight carrier to collect my order?

Absolutely! We understand that you might have preferred freight arrangements. If you'd like to arrange your own freight, simply select the 'Click & Collect' option during the checkout process, then notify us here or in the web text chat that you will be arranging your own freight provider to collect your order. Once your order is ready for collection, we'll notify you by text to your mobile device, and you can coordinate the pickup with your chosen freight provider. Please ensure to provide us with the necessary details for smooth processing. Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely! We ship most items to numerous international destinations such as New Zealand, Fiji, the USA, the United Kingdom, and more. Have questions about making a purchase for overseas delivery? Do you offer free shipping?

No, we do not offer free shipping, however our item prices generally have more of a cost saving for you then free shipping. We do provide a convenient click and collect option. If you are based in Melbourne, you have the option to pick up your order directly from one of our two trade outlets located in Mitcham or Sunshine North. This allows you to save on shipping costs and collect your order at your convenience. Simply select the click and collect option during the checkout process, and a text message will send to your mobile device when your order is ready for pickup.

 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location, the size and weight of your order, if your order contains dangerous goods & the rates charged by the courier service. You can calculate shipping costs on our product page and during the checkout process by providing your postcode. Additionally, we offer a convenient click and collect option, which is free for customers located in Melbourne. Simply select the click and collect option at checkout and pick up your order directly from one of our two trade outlets located in Mitcham or Sunshine North.

 

Can I physically pick up my part?

Yes, absolutely! If you're located in Melbourne, you have the option to pick up your order directly from one of our two trade outlets located in Mitcham or Sunshine North. Once your order is ready for collection, you'll receive a text message notification informing you that your parts are ready to be picked up. This provides a convenient and efficient way for our Melbourne customers to get all of their automotive refinishing supplies to get the job done.

 

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Once an order has been completed at checkout, any required changes to the shipping address we need to be notified as soon as possible. We will always do our best to modify your order if we are notified quick enough and your order is not despatched. If you wish to modify your order, please reach out to our dedicated team members via the web text chat as soon as possible or call on 1300 88 1234.

 

Can I use a PO Box for my order?

Yes you can, however, AusPost is the only freight provider that will deliver to PO Boxes, so you must ensure to select AusPost as your shipping method at checkout. All other freight carriers require a physical address for the delivery of your order. If you can’t use AusPost, please ensure that you provide a valid residential or business address during checkout to avoid any delays in receiving your package.

 

What happens if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?

While we take every precaution to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition, occasional mishaps can occur during transit. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will swiftly investigate the issue and then arrange for either a replacement or a refund, based on the circumstances of the incident.

 

Do you offer expedited shipping options?

Currently, we do not offer expedited shipping options. However, if you urgently need your part, we recommend our convenient click and collect service. Typically, your order will be ready for pickup within 1-2 hours. Please ensure you contact us beforehand to confirm availability and arrange for a seamless pickup experience.

 

Will all of the items in my order arrive in one shipment?

While we strive to consolidate all of your items into a single delivery, there are instances where you may receive multiple deliveries and tracking numbers. Rest assured, our goal is to ensure your parts reach you efficiently and effectively, even if they arrive separately.
